Summer Row has a history of serving up bars that suit the times. Times have changed. Birmingham, has changed. And with that change, comes a new breed of discerning customer. One that doesn’t seek a raucous, loud, messy bar. Instead, they seek calm. A place where they can have a private conversation, over classic cocktails, in impeccable surroundings.
Drinks at Opheem are supplied by a team of bartenders with decades of experience between them. They know how to read the mood, and although they are well versed in the classics, they are always ready to go off menu if you require something a little more individual.
Expect the same visuals and design cues as the restaurant, but with chilled-out lounge-vibes, plush seating and cherry-blossom.

Belvedere Vodka, gin and Lillet Blanc with lemon peel.
